DESCRIPTION:Ready to dive deeper into your Sacred Union Within? In our first Sacred Union Within gatherings\, we were invited to See and Feel into our feminine/masculine aspects and begin to work with our energy in a more intentional\, compassionate way. We learned how to hold sacred structure to see ourselves deeply and to allow our feminine to feel into that space. Now that we have moved through basics of the Sacred Union Within practice\, let’s dive a bit deeper! \nIn this Advanced practice we will learn how to move deeper within the polarities\, locked and unlocked expressions\, to create that  fluid dance within. We will begin with Cacao to awaken and open our hearts into greater capacity for sefl-love and compassion\, followed by some gentle movement to connect to our bodies and lean more into those wounded/Divine expressions. Shawn will intuitively and energetically guide us through healing the locked/wounded expressions by bringing in the Divine polarity. After exerpiencing this within we will work in partnership to see how we reflect this to others. *This is for those who have already done the Sacred Union Within workshop.
