SUMMARY:Breathwork & Reiki
DESCRIPTION:Join Tara & Shawn in transformational breathwork & reiki healing workshops. After a few months of our own transformational journeys we are back to offer in a new to offer this powerhouse combination on a whole new level! This will be a very intimate gathering as we delve deep into this intensive healing space with a max of 6 per session (11:30-1:30pm) & (2-4pm). Choose whatever session works for you! \nDuring this time\, Tara will share the anatomy of breathing\, individual breath analysis and assist in opening your respiratory system. This will create and imprint a new conscious breath pattern for you to move forward with even after the session. Then she will guide us in creating a circular current of pure light through this new breath pattern that will unlock and transmute trapped energy in your body. Tara beautifully holds the space for each and every participant to support whatever shows up in the process. \nShawn will flow around the space to support each participant individually during the breathwork with energy healing and light language to soothe the soul.
