In this workshop, we will explore the concepts of Tantra, just in time for Valentine's Day! Bring a date or come solo as we will learn the history, origins, meaning and practices that will guide us to a greater understanding of intimacy, embodiment and balancing feminine/masculine energies. This will be an interactive workshop with discussion, movement and ending with a guided visualization.
After exploring the 7 chakra system we will do a deeper dive into the awakening of our upgraded 15 chakra system. This system is a bridge connecting us to our higher states of consciousness. We will explore each chakra, activate and learn how to work with them to upgrade our energy field. Ending with a Reiki infused guided visualization of each chakra you will walk away feeling greater connection to your higher self and unity consciousness.
Following up from the Tantra workshop we will delve a little deeper into sacred sexuality, masculine/feminine energies and how to increase intimacy with yourself and/or with a partner. We will Learn more about sacred union within, tools to create sacred space, connect and explore your sacred sexuality to awaken deeper levels of consciousness.
