Master Reiki Training is an invitation to work on a mastery level with the Reiki energy and integrate within for greater transformation of your higher self. This is an intimate space of going deep within to connect with your ability to heal yourself and others. We will be exploring many topics of spirituality, healing, higher consciousness and working with one another on our skills.
By merging the gentle, energetic healing modality of Reiki with the supportive and calming effects of restorative yoga postures we will release stress and tension in the body, allowing deep healing in body, mind and spirit. Katie will guide you into 4-6 restorative postures while we go around the room supporting each and every participant individually. During this class, you will relax into a deep state of being, reset your nervous system and boost your immune system. Each participant will have the opportunity to have personal Reiki support as well as rest in the group energy of Reiki. Come experience this energetic spa and relax into a place of being.

As a community we will create a sacred offering to Mother Earth for gratitude, inviting divine harmony with all beings.

Spring Equinox is the time we celebrate the coming to life of things within us and around us, the day of equal balance of light and dark. Notice what is new life is springing up around us, what nature is presenting and reflecting in our lives. After the dark days of winter, we begin to feel ourselves coming alive again. All those seeds planted in winter are now beginning to sprout and needing nurtured. On this day we lean into finding our balance within and around us. Spirit has asked me to offer remote group healing sessions on a collective level for those feeling they need a little extra support. This will be offered on Fridays March 22nd, 29th and April 5th. During these sessions, I will clear your energetic field, clear and balance your chakras as well as create a protective shield around you. Remote sessions mean you carry on as usual, I do the session remotely and send a follow up email each week within 24 hrs with details of what is done each time and tips on how to move through the specific eclipse energy. This is an affordable way to receive some support on your journey and learn how to move with the energies as they come.
