DESCRIPTION:By merging the gentle\, energetic healing modality of Reiki with the supportive and calming effects of restorative yoga postures we will release stress and tension in the body\, allowing deep healing in body\, mind and spirit. Katie will guide you into 4-6 restorative postures while we go around the room supporting each and every participant individually. During this class\, you will relax into a deep state of being\, reset your nervous system and boost your immune system. Each participant will have the opportunity to have personal Reiki support as well as rest in the group energy of Reiki. Come experience this energetic spa and relax into a place of being.
