SUMMARY:New Moon/Womb Healing Ceremony
DESCRIPTION:Join us for a night of connecting with your natural rhythms\, the New Moon and womb healing ceremony of embodiment. We will gather together to sip hand crafted\, intuitively chosen herbal tea made by the Sun\, learn about the sacred wisdom of our womb\, ways to deeply connect to our own rhythms in alignment with the Moon & Sun\, receive womb healing through ceremony and soul healing Light Language transmissions. \nWe will reset the wisdom of our womb through receiving The Rite of the Womb\, the 13th rite of the Munay-Ki Rites. In this Rite\, we honor the lunar year (13 moons)\, the waters of the Earth that flow and our monthly cycle. From early on we are usually taught that our womb is a place of suffering with our monthly cycle and giving birth\, feeling like we are meant to carry nothing but pain in this space. As women we have become disconnected from our bodies\, our cycle and our intuition. Here we will connect with a lineage of women who have healed themselves from pain and suffering to bring healing to our sacred womb where we can create and give birth to life. This sacred blessing will empower\, heal and release old wounds\, the stories and traumas held by our ancestors as well as strengthen and support your creative energies. \nLearn how to connect with the Earth’s natural flow of waters (streams\, rivers and oceans)\, the moon cycles and allow our bodies to flow with the natural process of release\, cleanse and create can bring great healing to one’s life. With our monthly cycles we are constantly shedding what no longer serves so that we may embody what we long for. We can lean more into the contractions and expansions with ease and trust when we know that our Great Mother is holding us in her sacred womb. We turn from resisting to allowing\, loving our bodies and all it’s magnificence as we embody the Divine nature within. \nIt is time\, dear ones\, to return to the natural rhythms of our body and listen to what it is telling us. It’s time to share sacred wisdom of embodiment practices and come home to depths of our true essence. It doesn’t matter if you associated as a male gendered body\, if you have had a hysterectomy\, or if you no longer cycle. We all have an energetic womb that lies deep within you and learning to listen to its wisdom as we connect with the rhythms of the Moon\, Sun\, Earth and the elements. \nOur bodies are the most precious vessel for us to embrace and fully be present so we can anchor in our awareness\, the energies supporting our evolution in our true essence for lasting transformation. SUMMARY:Breathwork & Reiki
DESCRIPTION:Join Tara & Shawn in transformational breathwork & reiki healing workshops. After a few months of our own transformational journeys we are back to offer in a new to offer this powerhouse combination on a whole new level! This will be a very intimate gathering as we delve deep into this intensive healing space with a max of 6 per session (11:30-1:30pm) & (2-4pm). Choose whatever session works for you! \nDuring this time\, Tara will share the anatomy of breathing\, individual breath analysis and assist in opening your respiratory system. This will create and imprint a new conscious breath pattern for you to move forward with even after the session. Then she will guide us in creating a circular current of pure light through this new breath pattern that will unlock and transmute trapped energy in your body. Tara beautifully holds the space for each and every participant to support whatever shows up in the process. \nShawn will flow around the space to support each participant individually during the breathwork with energy healing and light language to soothe the soul.
