Join Rayna & Shawn in this seasonal intuitive tea blending and cleansing workshop to connect to your inner wisdom and create our own herbal medicine. We will commune with our innate wisdom, root into the heart of our Great Mother, journey through the senses and become intimate with the wisdom of the herbs. Be intuitively guided to create your own tea blend, learn the medicinal and spiritual benefits of each blend and dive deeper into the medicine as we connect with a single plant spirit in a guided meditation. We will finish off with a limpia, rhythmic tapping of herbs on the body to support transmutation of energy, so you leave feeling connect, cleansed and empowered wisdom.
