WHAT IS REIKI FOR
KIDS & CARETAKERS?
Join us on Sept. 22, 2024 from 1-4pm at Bright Haven Farm to experience how Reiki can benefit families. This is a donation based offering for kids and caretakers to come and receive Reiki together in a fun, relaxing and safe environment.
There will be three 40 minute sessions offered (maximum of a total of 6-8 participants) for you to choose from. We will begin our time together with a grounding exercise then move into peaceful selection of sensory activities for kids and their caretakers to explore. Reiki practitioners will move around the space working with each participant (kids and caretakers). We welcome families with multiple children and/or caretakers. Come experience this peaceful time of nervous system reset together!
To register, please fill out the intake form below and submit along with your donation. Suggested donations starting at $20 per person. Once both are submitted you will receive a confirmation email and a reminder of the event.
*Cancellation policy: If you know you cannot make the offering, please cancel as soon as possible for a full refund. If canceled within 24 hrs, your donation can be used towards the next offering.

Come prepared to spend time with you child/children in a peaceful setting, wearing comfortable clothing to explore the activities whether on the floor or outside.
Families will have a grounding exercise to begin with and then choose a peaceful sensory activity such as drawing/coloring or creating mandalas. As the child/children and caretakers explore the activities, Reiki practitioners will move around the room to work at a distance (1-3 feet away) spending 20 minutes with each one. So every child and caretaker present will both receive the benefits of a mini personal Reiki session.
This is donation based offering, suggested amount of minimum $20 per person (kids and caretakers). Accepted payments include Venmo, Cash App and Zelle. Please not that donation is required upfront to secure your spots.
Reiki works with the participant’s energy field and nervous system to balance and support whatever is most needed at the time. It is common for most to experience a feeling of lightness, more at peace and calm. For those who need rejuvenation, one might feel energized and focused.
