Session Cancellation Policy

Your appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. A late cancellation or missed visit leaves an unexpected gap in the practitioner’s schedule that could have been offered to another client. To honor everyone’s time, we require 24 hours notice for any cancellations or appointment changes. Clients who provide less than 24 hours notice, or who miss their appointment, will be charged a the session fee.

Event Cancellation Policy

For event registrations, we require 3 days notice for a refund (minus any PayPal processing fees) or can be applied toward a future event or session. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice are not eligible for a refund.
