Through a guided meditation, we will journey into the rich, fertile mud symbolizing the depths of our subconscious, fears and shadows. As Thich Nhat Hanh said, “No mud, no lotus”. With each breath and sip of this elixir, we rise through the waters of transformation, unfolding layer by layer until we bloom into the full expression of our soul’s light just as the lotus that opens to the sun.
