Join Tara & Shawn in transformational breathwork & reiki healing workshops. This will be a very intimate gathering as we delve deep into this intensive healing with a max of 4 per session (12-2pm) & (3-5pm). Choose whatever session works for you! During this time, Tara will share the anatomy of breathing, individual breath analysis and assist in opening your respiratory system. This will create and imprint a new conscious breath pattern for you to move forward with even after the session. Then she will guide us in creating a circular current of pure light through this new breath pattern that will unlock and transmute trapped energy in your body. Shawn will flow around the space to support each participant individually during the breathwork with energy healing. This allows the energy healing in a more targeted way to move through the experience held in the highest frequencies for transformation.

Tara has been in the healing industry for over 20 years as a clinical massage therapist. Meditation, mindful practices and breathwork found her 7 years ago after she decided to start breaking free of addictions. This particular style of breathwork catapulted her into new heights of living where she recreated her entire reality and developed a passion to share this powerful modality with as many people as possible! Shawn McStravick is a wayshower to connect others to the highest version of their multidimensional self, to activate the healer within and anchor the full embodiment of Divine Love.
