Join Tara and Shawn in a sacred exploration of embracing the depths of our inner feminine and masculine energies. This intensive workshop is designed to unlock the hidden wounds of our expressions that go beyond our gender identity and ultimately learn how to co-create a sacred dance of union within. We will begin with Cacao to awaken and open our hearts into greater capacity for love and compassion. Tara will guide us into a short breathwork session to shift any stuck energy and reconnect with our bodies. Together, we will learn how to intimately connect to our own inner expressions by delving into the sacred dance between feminine and masculine energy within. Once we’ve found that connection with ourselves, we will move into the space of connecting with others through the intentional expression of our feminine and masculine energies. Come explore, breathe, move and play in this sacred space held at Clarity Healing Farm in China Grove, a retreat in itself. We will have snacks and tea to connect and share afterwards.

Meditation, mindful practices and breathwork found her 7 years ago after she decided to start breaking free of addictions.
