Restorative Yoga & Reiki

By merging the gentle, energetic healing modality of Reiki with the supportive and calming effects of restorative yoga postures we will release stress and tension in the body, allowing deep healing in body, mind and spirit. Katie will guide you into 4-6 restorative postures while we go around the room supporting each and every participant individually. During this class, you will relax into a deep state of being, reset your nervous system and boost your immune system. Each participant will have the opportunity to have personal Reiki support as well as rest in the group energy of Reiki. Come experience this energetic spa and relax into a place of being.

Join Tara & Shawn in this transformational breathwork & reiki healing workshop. We will be offering 2 separate sessions: (12-2pm) & (3-5pm). By combining these two powerful modalities together, one is able to be more fully in the body, move through stuck emotions and be guided into heightened states of consciousness.

Remote Group Healing

Spirit has asked me to offer remote group healing sessions on a collective level for those feeling they need a little extra support. This will be offered on Fridays March 22nd, 29th and April 5th. During these sessions, I will clear your energetic field, clear and balance your chakras as well as create a protective shield around you. Remote sessions mean you carry on as usual, I do the session remotely and send a follow up email each week within 24 hrs with details of what is done each time and tips on how to move through the specific eclipse energy.  This is an affordable way to receive some support on your journey and learn how to move with the energies as they come.
