There is a non-refundable $500 deposit to book your spot. If you cancel at anytime, that can be used towards any healing sessions/classes with Lynn &/or Shawn. What’s the schedule look like?

We will begin Thursday @ 6pm having dinner together and a welcome ceremony. Each morning you come for breakfast when you like, we'll have a check-in to support our day with various practices like breathwork, movement and meditation and then prepare to go out for our daily adventure. Every day we will be exploring a sacred place to where Lynn & Shawn will facilitate the group in  guided visualizations, activations, transmissions and allowing

What’s not included?

Accommodations at Guru Shasta are only available to us from May 23-27. You are more than welcomed to come beforehand or stay afterwards (highly recommended), but you will need to find alternative accommodations. What to pack?

During May, Mt. Shasta can vary from 40's -80's so preparing to layer up is key. Mornings and evenings are cool and warm during the day. We will be in the woods, mountains and caves where it is much cooler. Here is a sample of things to pack: Hiking boots/shoes comfortable for walking/trekking Backpack for our daily adventures Water bottle Sun hat/sunscreen Winter hat/gloves Comfortable pants (yoga, genie, harem, jeans...whatever works for you)

What can I expect after a light language healing session?

What can I expect after a session?

What can I expect during a Reiki Session?

Shawn does not use hands on touch during a session, unless she feels it necessary, but will always ask permission first. Hands are held near the body where she works with you to connect to your body's ability to heal itself. Some people feel tingling, an overall lightness or some feel nothing at all.
