After exploring the 7 chakra system we will do a deeper dive into the awakening of our upgraded 15 chakra system. This system is a bridge connecting us to our higher states of consciousness. We will explore each chakra, activate and learn how to work with them to upgrade our energy field. Ending with a Reiki infused guided visualization of each chakra you will walk away feeling greater connection to your higher self and unity consciousness.

Following up from the Tantra workshop we will delve a little deeper into sacred sexuality, masculine/feminine energies and how to increase intimacy with yourself and/or with a partner. We will Learn more about sacred union within, tools to create sacred space, connect and explore your sacred sexuality to awaken deeper levels of consciousness.

We all have intuition, listening to the gut feeling or knowing when you need to make a decision. Depending on how much trust yourself determines the depths of how you choose to use it. Longing to trust yourself and lean into your own inner wisdom? We will delve into how to strengthen your intuition by learning practical tools to connect within, to trust yourself on a deeper level followed by a Reiki infused guided visualization.

Now more than ever it is imperative that we remember who we are and why we are on this planet at this specific time. We have innumerable support and guidance from loving beings of light that are here to guide us in that remembrance, to connect with all aspects of ourselves so we can be of service to this monumental shift that is happening in our world.

Ascended Masters are our guides in supporting us on our collective journey of self awareness to release the limitations of the human condition and evolve to higher states of consciousness returning to our Divine Essence. They chose to incarnate on the Earth to “walk in our shoes” with the purpose of working through the limitations of human experiences of suffering, illness and  pain to  transmute their karmic ties for the embodiment of self mastery.

We are here because we were born into this world through a lineage of ancestors. In this workshop we will explore our DNA lineage as well as our spiritual lineage to honor all aspects of who we are and where we come from. Acknowledging those that have come before us and honoring their journey opens us to greater freedom of knowing who we are. Our Ancestors hold the key to tremendous healing within as we work through our individual and collective trauma. When we heal our own stories, we are healing all of those that came before us and will come after us, our children’s children. The focus will be one of honoring, ancestral healing remembering where we come as a portal to knowing who we truly are.
