For the next few months we are moving into a space calling for Divine rest. If we look toward what the Earth cycles are in the Northern Hemisphere, we notice she is going into that space of allowing parts of herself to die in order to rebirth in the Spring. The winter beckons us to go inward to honor the dark space of what is ready to die within us so that we may plant seeds of our longing. It is in this darkness, the womb that we create infinite possibilities and plant our seeds of what we want to grow in the Spring. I love the dark nights during this time as with Christmas lights and candles to cuddle up on the couch, listening to some meditative music in the background and journal my innermost thoughts. Reviewing what has/hasn’t served me this year, where I have put my energy, what is ready to die and what I am longing to create. This is the perfect time as we honor the winter solstice, Dec. 21st, to review all our experiences in 2022. Simply observe what we wish to take away from all we have learned and with a clean slate welcome in the year to come. Despite the hustle and bustle of the holidays, I invite you to flow with the natural cycles of the Earth and take time for Divine Rest.

Join me in some offerings over the next month to support you in this Divine Rest. Looking for one-on-one support? I’m now offering a monthly spiritual coaching program for those desiring intensive support for transformation. Learn more HERE
